Beavers
Beavers is the newest section of Scouting having celebrated its 25th Anniversary in 2011.
Open to boys and girls from the ages of 6 to 8 Beavers provides a fun packed diverse programme aimed at developing children personally through acquiring new skills, making friends, teamwork, community and spritual devlopment.
Some of the things we have done in the past 12 months include Climbing, Archery, Bellboating, A Harry Potter Sleepover, Theatre Trip to Birmingham, RAF Cosford Visit, Movie Night, Cowboy Sleepover, Remembrance Day Parade, St Georges Day Parade, Sport Relief Mile and District Camp.
We meet every Friday during termtime at Lyppard Grange School at 5pm to 6pm. We have 18 Beavers at present split into three lodges.
