It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

As Christmas is getting closer and homes are starting to be decorated for the holidays, the Cubs prepared some Christmas decorations on Friday evening by carefully cutting folding and sticking plain pieces of A4 paper and transforiming them into large snowflakes to take home.
The results were pretty good as you can see

The service starts at 7:30p.m. and we will meet outside the Cathedral (near the main doors) at 7:10 and aim to be inside by 7:20.
Rememberance Sunday 13th November

The 20th Worcester Scouts, Cubs and Beavers attended the Rememberance Sunday service at Hindlip Hall and Church, with members of the Police Service.
The Beavers, Cubs and Scouts took part in a short act of rememberance at Hindlip Hall before parading with the flags down to the chapel for the service itself.

Quidditch – Beaver & Cub Style

The Cubs and Beavers got together to play for the Tom Riddle Trophy at Kinver camp this weekend.

They were split into the Hogwarts houses (Slytherin, Hufflepff, Gryffindor and Ravenclaw) and took part in a knockout competition of Quidditch to decide the winner.

In the end, Hufflepuff won the trophy
(NB due to the Beavers and Cubs lack of flying training, only practice brooms were used to avoid any health and safety problems. Any Cubs caught actually flying were sent home from camp immediately)
